I am 25 & always had sensitive nose since kid. I went to an ENT when I first noticed blood in my discharge, but they said no big deal - I just hurt one of the blood-vessel. Thereafter, the problem persisted for 2 yrs (quite often, usually at midnite) & I'd taken it as normal. But recently, my nose will bleed itself (although not that heavy, but twice within 2 wks - on the 9th & 23rd July). And the matter is - I did not rub my nose that time, but it bleed!! Could it be harmful???
I am worry...

Vitamin C can be very helpful in preventing nose bleeds but it must be of the highest quality - Shaklee is the best. It's an all-natural sustained release Vita-C.

As a powerful antioxidant, vitamin C is a do-everything kind of nutrient, supporting heart health, immune health, and more.

But important as it is, our bodies can't store it. To make it available, we need it at regular intervals. Shaklee Sustained Release Vita-C was the first C on the market to offer natural plant extracts. Hour after hour, Vita-C is clinically proven to perform.

Mine has always been sensitive that way too. It was really bad in my teens, but even now it will just start dripping out blood for no known cause. I don't worry about it unless it stains what I am wearing. I used to go to the doctor, just never got an answer that satisfied me so .....oh well! I've got bigger things to worry about.
