would leeches be the same effect? and can a leech embed completely into a body and would worm help bowl movements become regular?

Worm should be killed by stomach acid it will burn hole in esophagus from reflux so I think worm would die. As for a leech all I know is they are a parasite and suck blood do not think they could survive but if attached before stomach could be possible they need blood. Interseting make me go huh.

It depends on the worm. Some are killed in the stomach and others aren't Leeches may imbed. I wouldn't take the chance.

the worm might survive for a day of two! but the acids in ur stomach will eventually kill it!
