This all depends on your altitude and atmospheric conditions to be honest. At Sea level with a temperature of 15 degrees C the speed of sound is approximately 761 mph.

Therefore in these conditions Mach 2 = 1522mph.

I assume you mean in AIR (sound waves propagate faster in other sdubstances, such as water, and slower in others) but in air it depends on the altitude, air pressure and relative humidity.

Because these conditions obviously vary throughout an aircraft's flight from the ground to its maximum altitude, a single base system was developed, using sea-level altitude, constant temperature of 59 degrees Fahrenheit, and 0 percent humidity.

Under those conditions, the Speed of Sound (Mach I) is 761 miles per hour, making Mach II 1522 mph.

The speed of sound in air only depends on the temperature.

The temperature decreases with altitude, therefore the speed of sound decreases accordingly.

The formula for air is: 20.05 times the square root of the temperature (in Kelvin). Your result will be in metres per second.
You can change the constant value to render results in other units or gases.

At 15C (standard atmosphere or 288K) the speed of sound is 340 m/s or 762 mi/hr.

At -30C (a common temperature in the flight levels) the speed of sound is 700 mi/hr.

For other gases the constant will change, but relative humidity and atmospheric pressure are not in the equation.

It varies due to Atmospheric pressure and altitude I was lucky enough to fly on Concord and flew at mach 2 at 59,000 ft the asi showed 1298 mph

Mach varies as you change altitude and atmospheric temperature. There is no fixed speed for mach.

The Sage ....almost has it right. 59 degrees F or 15 C with atmospheric pressure at 29.92 inches of mercury. is the standard conditions for sea level also, 100% humidity is assumed

Generally, the speed of sound decreases with altitude.
