was it very tough to become an interninst considering that you had to learn a whole lot of stuff since an interninst concerns him/herself with a wide spectrum of medicine?

i am considering specialising in internal medicine and would like to know how it's like really...

I am not yet an internist, but I will be going into med-peds. I know the IM residency is 3 years and the peds residency is 3 years, but the med peds is only 4 years So i get 6 years of training crammed into 4
