There was no sin when God made Eve for Adam. There was no sex. Adam and Eve only had sex after they'd sinned and been cast out. God then made it a requirement to have children and replenish the Earth. Otherwise, Adam and Eve would have remained in paradise.

According to scripture Gen. 1:27-28, God gave Adam and Eve the ability to procreate while they were in the garden, through his command (be fruitful and multiply) but there is no proof (children) that they had relations until after they were sent out of the garden as Cain and Abel was born.
We know that it is possible that Adam and Eve was in the garden for a few hundred years (because to God on day is as a thousand years 2Pet. 3:8), so I would think that if they had any sexual relations, there would've been children running around in the garden too.
And this is something to think about too, that in my opinion, it was when they ate the forbidden fruit that they may have had sex for the first time because they soon realized that they were naked and they became ashamed of their nakedness and hid from the Lord God. Well anyway, this part is just my opinion.
May Christ bless all who asks for wisdom and knowledge of God.

Take time to think. Adam is just a story fabricated by man to use as part of the control of man. People evolved and were not placed here on the earth by any Deity. Sex always has been a part of all living things in one way or the other. Even the trees and grass do it. They may need the help of bees or something but all living things have sex. Sex only became a sin when a leader deemed it so and most likely he did so he could breed all the females himself.

no he didn't. adam and eve were ignorant of sex, shame etc. until they ate from the Tree. they found out about all that sort of stuff the instant they ate the fruit. so no, God never gave 'the talk" to adam or eve
BUT, did he give "the talk" to jesus????

Hypothetically, no. If God "made" Adam, that sort of thing should've been pre-programmed. For the good of the species, eh?

No, the Bible says Adam possessed all the knowledge he needed, with the exception of one item. The knowledge of Sin. He knew all the plants and animals by name and purpose, and what they could and could not eat. He even knew death, as he saw that in animals.

why would he have to do that when it wasn't considered a taboo subject yet. although i am sure he prob had to coach him a little after being kicked out of the garden incident now that she HAD to have kids. Before that it would have only been them two.
