I have been prescribed the drug tetrazepem in Spain. What is the equivilent in the uk?

these are 50 mg tablets. i/2 to be taken in the morning, 1/2 at noon, and a full tablet before sleep. Have had a complete shoulder replacement and muscles and tendens have obviously become painful
