If you bought an e-ticket for travel, you should have received a booking confirmation email. Try calling the airline that your flight is with. If you are still having problems, contact your credit card company and explain the situation to them. They may be able to help.

Did you check your email? Mostly e-Tickets are delivered in email too. If you had given email to travel agency, then you should see a confirmation in your email. There you might find PNR (Record Locator). use that against your Transport Medium (for ex. airline you dedided to flew with) for any queries.
