The logical answer is found in the bible. Genesis.
The Tower of Babel. However, that only explains the language portion. The reason that we look different, is because we are in different proximities to the sun. Those closest to the equator, have darker complexions, like in Africa, while those further away have fairer skin.
We are, however, from the same parent source, Adam and Eve. So we are all of the same species: HUMAN. We all, no matter what color we are, bleed. But the way people feel, would actually depend upon their location or status in the world. I wouldn't expect to have the same feelings about life that a 10 year old South African child has,nor would I expect to have the same feelings about life that Donald Trump has.

It is very complex thing but I can give u some logical reasons
Firstly : it is start as u absolutely know from one person from Adam and after that God create His wife from one of Adam rips imagine there was no language it was so simple they were use postures to comprehend and they split in everywhere in 4 corners every group started to try to make some language to deal by it that is which make we have different language.
Secondly : different look because every group had gone to somewhere has a special climate and conditions make them change into this environment such as African are black because they live in very hot climate and North Europe people are so white that’s because lack ness of sun shin .
Thirdly : same thinking same feeling We are all one creature from one material one heart one mind .

The only logical answer is given in the quran in which Allah says we have made you into cultures and tribes so you may identify yourself (This includes that we have all sorts of colored and uncolored people in all shapes and figures - Imagine if we the whole world looks like Chinese we cant make out people from which to which)
Allah also mentions that we have made humans at a higher level (meaning that the humans are all made equal and hold a higher position than the animals and things in the world) so we have same feelings and stuff.

It's called Babel - (Babble?) - Another time in history when people decided that the idea of God, a one true God, was too simplistic for their far superiorly intelligent minds. The Hebrew version of the name of the city and the tower, Bavel, is attributed in Gen. 11:9 to the verb balal, which means to confuse or confound in Hebrew
in Genesis Chapter 11 of the Bible, the Tower of Babel was a tower built by a united humanity to reach the heavens. Because man had it in his heart to be like God, God stopped this project by confusing their languages so that each spoke a different language. As a result, they could no longer communicate with one another and the work was halted. The builders were then scattered to different parts of Earth.
The story is found in Genesis 11:1-9 as follows:
1 Now the entire earth was of one language and uniform words. 2 And it came to pass when they traveled from the east, that they found a valley in the land of Shinar and settled there. 3 And they said to one another, "Come, let us make bricks and fire them thoroughly"; so the bricks were to them for stones, and the clay was to them for mortar. 4 And they said, "Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make ourselves a name, lest we be scattered upon the face of the entire earth". 5 And the Lord descended to see the city and the tower that the sons of man had built. 6 And The LORD said, "Lo! [they are] one people, and they all have one language, and this is what they have commenced to do. Now, will it not be withheld from them, all that they have planned to do? 7 Come, let us descend and confuse their language, so that one will not understand the language of his companion". 8 And the Lord scattered them from there upon the face of the entire earth, and they ceased building the city. 9 Therefore, He named it Babel, for there the Lord confused the language of the entire earth, and from there the Lord scattered them upon the face of the entire earth.
Ziggurats are among the largest religious structures ever built. Some suppose the Biblical narrative is a reaction to the ancient Mesopotamian system of beliefs reflected in these impressive structures, beliefs that ruled the hearts and minds of some of the greatest civilizations of ancient times.

Yes, definitely.
Everything in this material world is based on time, place and person.. We have different body shapes, different language and every other minute physical and to some extent mental traits of ours differ from others. This all is because of our physical and behavioural environment.
Still we have emotions and think almost alike others, this is because of our roots with that greatness are same.

As the neanderthals developed the first languages, they seperated and spread around the earth to different climates. The different climates caused people to physically evolve to the environment and become caucasion, black, "olive-skinned", etc. Also, different groups developed different languages differently. Tada.

and we don't have the same thinking and feeling - part of the problem people have on this planet is that a lot of other people have a completely different way of thinking and feeling about things

Have a look at the dispersal patterns as shown by our genetics ..
As each group separated or combined or invaded they developed their language differently
Now we see language today matching our pattern of genetics ...

Words are sound that wake up the feeings and ideas we share. Feelings and ideas for survival predate language - as does the "human" genome.
