Antibiotics will often destroy good and bad bacteria. This allows any yeast that may be present to proliferate and cause excessive itching and thick discharge. So, you may have a yeast infection. There are some very good over the counter treatments for yeast - such as Monistat. Follow the directions on the package carefully to make sure that you get complete relief. If you do not get better soon, you need to go back to the doctor.

One pathogenic species is Staphylococcus aureus, which can infect wounds. These bacteria can survive on dry surfaces, increasing the chance of transmission. Of this type, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) has recently become a major cause of hospital-acquired infections and is being recognized with increasing frequency in community acquired infections. S. aureus is also implicated in toxic shock syndrome; during the 1980s some tampons allowed the rapid growth of S. aureus, which released toxins that were absorbed into the bloodstream. Any S. aureus infection can cause the staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome, a cutaneous reaction to exotoxin absorbed into the bloodstream. It can also cause a type of septicaemia called pyaemia

u should do a culture for the organism and determine the sensitivity of the organism in order to choose the best antibiotic. If u r using wrong antibiotics, then you are doing urself more harm because the organism will develop resistance.
and if u r having recurrent infections, then maybe u should check ur immunity level because u might be immunocompromised

Well it sounds to as if you have more than a staph infection. if you are having penile discharge. with out specific testing I can only guess at the disease. However it is not uncommon for individuals too reinfect themselves with the same partner Get your partner tested also and abstain from all sexual activity until you have a test of cure. what does that mean to you go see a urologist and have a complete workup done! reaper out.......
