Being the guy, I was hoping that you know what to do.. Don't wait for her to make the first move.. You like her in the first place then go get her! Give her flowers or chocolates.. Tell her what you feel.. How would you know if you would just sit there, look at her then think of what she feels? Open up your feeling for her.. Who knows? Maybe she DO like you.. You wanted a safer option? Fine.. Ask her bestfriend or group of friends.. Ask questions to her friends like "Is she dating anybody?" or "Does she have a boyfriend?" or "Do you know if she likes somebody?" Her friends would take that as a clue that you like her..

This is a question that used to puzzle me. Well now, I would tell you to ask her out. After a few outings if you are still unsure, ask her directly. If she says she is unsure, then that's still hope. If she says no, look out for her body language first but don't let your heart rule over your mind. If it's a real no go, please move on for there really are still a lot of good gals out there waiting for you to discover them.
