Go to confused. com. After you enter your details they check over 94% of the insurers and come back with all the quotes within a couple of minutes. I saved a 100 quid last year with them.
You never know - they might do bumper cars!

I find with bumper cars - premium is more than the car's value. My first car was £500, ins was £800

It depends upon what type of coverage you select. The collision coverage might be lower (for the car will be easily totalled if a little damage) but liability and rental coverage and uninsured motorist coverage will be the same as another type of vehicle.
