There isn't a distinct thing men look for in a girl.. They vary in taste.. It depends on the guy.. Some wants those who are forward and loud while others like those who are reserved and quiet.. No one can really tell..

I like a guy with a great sense of humour (dark, sarcastic, and a little abstract), who is loving and affectionate, thoughtful and kind, and can tolerate my insecurities and reassure me that everything's okay. (Not much to ask then...)
Physically, I like dark brown, expressive eyes, full lips, and a cute smile.
Perfect.
I like to think men use the same kind of scale...
I hope they judge personality first, but I think there is a physical quota that needs to be met. E.g. if he is a leg man, then good legs, he may only like blondes, etc etc.
I like to think that for the girls who are not supermodels' sakes, guys judge us the same way I judge them... personality first, then physical attributes.

It depends on the man. Each man has their own particular taste or desires in what they want in a woman. Yes, a lot of men are shallow and want someone who looks like Jessica Alba. There are lot of men who likes a woman who makes Rosie O'Donnell look like that skinny *****. LOL
Just remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. One man's dog is another man's babe.

They are actually looking for 4 different things in the same person.....mother/lover/wh*r*/and wife.
You need to be each one at different times. And never EVER be the wrong thing at the wrong time! If you miss any of these personas out of the deal, they will look for it elsewhere.
