tell me abt the marines whu re on trials are they allowed to communicate wid their relatives or they are locked up ?

Dont know what your talking about....


Just to let you know they are prob being charged through military system, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) so it wouldnt be uncommen to find they are not in jail. They may still be in the public but have there court dates to attend to.

If you are referring to the Marines accused of killing the Iraqi family and raping the girl at the roadblock, they are back in the US and are under arrest. They are confined to the brig at Camp Pendelton, CA. They have limited acces to visits from family, and their attorneys obviously have access to them.

I'd like to see some Al Queda pissant try ANYTHING at Camp Pendelton.
