STOP!!! Plain and simple!!! It makes me want to puke knowing there are children aged 12 or 14 that are having sex. I don't understand. It just shows how corrupt this world is and the corruption is getting to the children all over the world and thinking they have to have sex...

You can't! If you forbid something, you're only gonna make more people curious about it.
The solution would be informing teen-agers about all the issues concerning sex at a young age, all the potential consequences, of the fact that they are not physically or emotionally ready., all the psychological and physical implications of sex.
Most kids start to have sex at a young age for all the wrong reasons: curiosity, pressure, blackmail. They should be taught to respect themselves and their intelligence and feelings, to demand respect from their friends in order not to allow other people to use and manipulate them.

Put up a teen center in your town. Kids that have someplace to go find it easier to stay out of trouble. They're not very profitable, so you won't be able to open one as a business even if you charge for pool tables and snacks, but you could get non profit status and get donations from businesses.

Seriously though, aside from locking them up, there is no way. It is much better to make sure they are informed of the possible dangers or consequences of their actions and how to properly use protection.
It is better to educate then to attempt to prevent.

The more you try to stop it, the more likely they are going to try to do it... Stop it, try teaching them abstinence... they not going to listen.. Better teach them about safe sex... You can't stop it... the battle is lost.
