No, water doesn't have any calories so it wouldn't add any. The amount of calories in spices is negligible. It would only add 3 or 4 calories, tops. Follow your recipe. That's the best way to be sure that the dish will turn out well

Adding water does not add calories to your food, nor does spices... Quantity of salt and spices... that depends on you... There is no one universal quantity... it depends on what you're cooking, how it cooked and how it tastes on your tongue... got it

Doubtfull.. I am sure all thay does it water it down and burn your a$$ up. Cant help you on the salt and spices.
