Yes sweetheart, this is absolutely a fact. Unfortunately, those not blessed with a perfect body and the metabolism to keep it need to work twice as hard for half the result. Don't worry about it though, you look great.

It's more than possible, it's a fact. Some people are just predisposed to carry more weight than others due to their metabolism. Of course, you can change that with the right diet and exercise routine. I recommend The Movie Star Diet, which helped me lose 58 pounds. It worked fast as hell, but it was also tough as hell, so don't get it if you aren't willing to work for it. It's also between editions, so you can only preorder, but it will be out in less than a month and you can save $10 on the cover price.

Yes. People with higher metabolic rates will burn fat and calories faster and easier than people with a lower metabolic rate. All that people with lower rates need to do is work on making their metabolism higher through diet and exercise.

Yes! The body is engineered differently in everyone, and people have different metabolisms. Not to mention the fact that certain diseases and/or medications can speed up and slow down the metabolism. For example, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrom) in awoman slows down her metabolism. And in both men and women, hyperthyroidism speeds up the metabolism.
