The mil.com one scores higer, recruiter version lower, ASVANis in the middle. Figure out the job you want, required scores in which sections, and get good with them before you go. You're not going to get smarter in the next month or so, just get used to the test. Then get a good nights sleep & a good breakfast. Nothing to it. Good Luck!

The ASVAB isn't something to fret approximately. in case you graduated extreme college you will pass the ASVAB. Your score on the ASVAB facilitates confirm what form of interest you will get interior the provider. although interior the Marines, there are not distinctive jobs to make your ideas up on between so i does not sweat it too a lot. it fairly is in comparison to taking the SATs or ACTs. It in simple terms covers hassle-free stuff. As for MEPS, this is in basic terms a large actual. It intimidates every person, even though it fairly isn't something extra desirable than a large actual.

my husband is an army recruiter and he said normally a persons score on the practice test will be about ten points lower than the real one. So if you got a 74 on the practice you shouldn't get anything lower, and more than likely ten points higher, congrats on the score, wish my husband had you as an applicant, his score no higher than a 13 on the real one!
ASVAB is at a tenth grade level.

Well I never took the practice test, I took the ASVAB and got an 82. Mind you I was a 15 year old high school junior who really didnt know much about anything, so I imagine you'll do fine.

You might want to double check your scores...
The Army breaks the ASVAB into 10 sections. The AF only uses 4 but if you got those scores with the AF break down then you will basically qualify for any job in the Army.
Here are some study guides you can use but most people dont study for it. Its just general knowledge to see what you know.

Also I noticed other questions you have posted and wondering why one minute you have questions about the millitary and then the next you are asking questions about smoking weed. Just to let you know you are going to have to give up one of them.

The one you took with your recruiter is closer to the real thing. Though when you go to MEPS you have to wait 8 hours to do anything. then you take a LOOOOOOONG test, and then you go home.
The scores are sectioned differently depending on the branch... but your overall score should be pretty good looking at your practice scores... you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Just know that when you go to MEPS, you'd better get REAL comfy in that waiting chair...

I never took the practice tests, but I recall it is like the S.A.T. Only easier.
74 is average I think, and won't prevent you from getting to many jobs. If you do have a job in mind you want to do, ask your recriuter what score you need and keep taking it until you get it. I don't think there is a limit on how many times you can take it.
