Japan uses 100 volts at 50-60Hz. Will I need to buy power inverters? If so, where to buy and about how much?

I depends on what it is. Something like a hair dryer or rice cooker is not that fussy about current and it will be OK. With electronics there may be a problem and you will need thos inverters.
