use olive oil, it tastes good, and it's better for the health than butter

I am not sure that I Can't Believe It's Not Butter is sold in Europe, but if you want a substitute, then use a margarine that is made from either canola, sunflower or olive oils, as the fats in there are healthier than vegetable, which can still have trans fats in them. Trans fats are not heart healthy.

Olivio - Olive Oil spread.

Still tastes like hell (as all butter subs do - expecially that horrid I can't Beleive they Thought I would think this is Butter), but not as hellish as the others. It also appears to be truer in consistancy to butter than the other stuff. Next best is the Sainsbury's own brand - Buttery (or something like that).

Avoid margarine - is hell in a packet/tub. Pure evil on the tastebuds and bad for you too.

Butter is the best thing you can eat! it has all the essential fats and is natural unlike all your substitutes! Just have it in moderation!

I dont know if you know "margarina", is like butter but with vegetal fats, here, in spain, is very famous.
Maybe you can use olive oil, that has good fats, without cholesterol.
I hope my anwer can help you, and sorry because my english is not very well

Butter.

Just eat the normal stuff. No substitutes. No fake margarine. Eating the real thing is just better for your body then the fake stuff.

I really don't know what to tell you aside from, "I can, most certainly, believe it's not butter". I'll take the real stuff thank you...

You can get 'light' butter , less fat.

What ive heard about margarine is cause for concern.
