What does that fish symbol mean? I see it everywhere. I see it more than the cross. What does it represent?

The fish is Jesus's zodiac sign.

The Greek word for Jesus and the Greek word for Fish have the same letters. In Roman times, during the fiercest tribulation yet against the Christians, believers used the sign of the fish and the sign of the cross to identify eachother.

It actually the first symbols used by some of the earlier followers who were aware of the story of Loaves & Fishes used in the feeding of the multitudes.

Nicene Councils made the cross famous and caused the symbology to change, because of a story woven about Constatine, his mother Helena being saved by touching a piece of the original crusifix which supported Jesus.
