I like this girl, and would like to ask her out, but I have a hard time talking to her. I can say "Hi" and ask her how she's doing, but nothing really pass that. how can I start a conversaion with her, and maybe even ask her out?

If you want to do it discreetly then talk about your weekend plans, see if she wants to hag out with you. Say you want to see this movie but don't want to go alone for whatever reason and ask if she'd go with you.
Or you can take a direct approach and just ask her out.

what you should do is get her in a comfordable place around work or some other crap right once you do that ask he rthose things that you said in the question right then ask her is she free tommorow or those days and ask her be a gentlement dont be those fake wana be's trying make an impression and lying to a girl trying to get her be a nice dude and ask her in a nice way
