in case you're 5'6 and a hundred and fifty pounds, i think of u could be conventional weight, do u want to get greater in shape? if so, merely weightlift and stuff, artwork out all factors of your physique, legs chest, decrease back, shoulders. yet i think of you're a classic weight, u merely would look out of shape. i cant truly tell by a avatar
