How about this? make sense?

1. baka yarou me -> You idiot.
2. sukui gatai baka yarou me -> You all irremediably idiot.
3. ii darou. ore no shiru subete wo oshiete yaru -> It's ok. I'll tell you everything I know.
4. hoetate kata wo na -> How to yell bloody murder.

<>
'hoetateru' literally means to bark (at someone out of fear). But I don't know it can be used for a human like 'a man is barking'.

Black dog pretty much got it right, I'll just put in my interpretation:

1. Bakayarou me = Fools!
2. Sukui gatai bakayarou me = Irredeemable/hopeless fools!
3. Ii darou. Ore no shiru subete wo oshieteyaru = Listen up, I'll teach you everything I know
4. Hoedate kata wo na = how to cry out a bloody murder.

I think it says "honto ni, arigato." Arigato means thank you. Honto ni means truly. So I think it means "Thank you truly" or something like "thank you from the bottom of my heart."
