I'm not sure but this may have something to do with my first relationship which was with a family friend 27 years older than me (I was 14, he was 41). It was my first sex, but the best I've ever had (I'm 23 now). What do you think?

20-year difference... yes, that would still be ok. but 30... think twice, think thrice... think a lot, girl!!!
during that time, he was 41. and yes, he is still in his prime when it comes to sex. but by this time, he would be about 54...do you really believe he would be able to love you back the way you can to him?
love is not just about sex. it is still all about emotions in the right perspective. if you would feel uneasy or unhappy with your partner, would you like going out and have sex with him all the time? i guess not! this only means, sex would be of the least importance in any one's relationship.
it was your first sex, and it came from someone who is very much "experienced". no wonder you could not forget the time!
but now, think again about your options now that you are 23 (and maybe going 24). having a 54-year old bf... do you think he could still perform well in bed... or maybe could he still perform at all? would you be happy if you would be in this situation?

For a temporary relation it's ok and nothing has been done wrong at all.
But for marriage you should choose someone close to your own age with a max difference plus or minus 1-4 years old, that you love him.
