If god punishes non believers, then how do you explain this?

I make fun of Jesus, god, and christians several times a day. I am one of the most blasphemous people I know. Yet, whenever times are rough, I always come out better than when I started. I am the luckiest man ever to walk the earth. I hear all the time (though I don't believe it) that I have been so successful because I have an aura around me of true goodness.

Know why that happened? Because I took responsibility for my own life and actions. I treat people kindly until they wrong me. Then I treat them as they treat me. And, I don't rely on some boogeyman to guide me and help me. Yes that is a bit arrogant. But, in my line of work Arrogance keeps me alive. So, how do you explain that? Where is my godly punishment for abusing christians and making fun of the bible and everything contained within it?

I believe in a sense of humor. That is why I tease the fundies because they are so uptight. Why can't people laugh at the hypocrisy of their beliefs. I am well aware I am a hypocrite. And, I believe if I am wrong and there is a god, he will laugh with me and allow me in because I lived a truly good life and used all my abilities. Including the ability to think for myself and make fun of people. Come on people laugh a little. Stop using threats of the afterlife as your only argument. USE YOUR BRAIN! Really think about why you believe what you do and why you should suffer now in the hopes there is an afterlife? Make the most of the time you have here. Take advantage of everything! The food, the booze, the making fun of life, the world is your playground and you don't have much time left to play!

OMG I just peed myself laughing. I am in line with the devil because I don't believe and I am having a good life. Simply because I poke fun at a ludicrous and hypocritical cult like christianity? Hmmm, what should I rely on? My experience and observations, or blind faith in a book that was written by an oppressive group of people and used throughout history to oppress the lower classes and get them to accept their meager life, and to murder and demonize the non-believers... To me, that is who will suffer in any afterlife. People that glorify such a hateful organization

well stated. People should accept life for what it is. Good things happen and bad things happen. There is no divine power governing or controling my life or everyone else life. Take responsiblity for your own actions

God is omnipotent powerfulmost and most kind. He treats all living beings as his children and not as rivals. He is not bothered whether you praise or make fun of him. What he is bothered about is whether or not you are leading virtuous life. Belief in God is required for us to lead a virtuous or proper life. But if you are a self realised man and lead a proper life without hurting others and without causing dishormony in the society then it is immeterial whether or not you believe in God.
In such a situation if you make fun of God he will certainly take it lightly and enjoy just as a mother or father enjoys pranks of their children.
As such I do not find anything wrong in your attitude. But by making fun of God or other believers be sure that you do not hurt their sentiments. But never insult or ridicule God (and also believers). That is not in good taste.
An ahtiest leading a virtuous life is certainly better than a believer in God who leads an immoral life. God loves the former.

You need to get a bible. Read the new testament and ask for forgiveness or you r going to HELL. It might sound like a fun place but the bible explains that all you see is black and fire you hear screaming and you burn forever but your flesh doesn't come off. In heaven you party all day and never sleep. You have new bodies and a mansion of your own. Get saved and be a happiear man or you will regret it. OH also you don't get punished for making fun of christians or anything. You don't get punished for that you get punished for not seeking the lord and asking him into your heart. If you want to go to HELL than fine do what you've been doing. If you want to be saved repeat this prayer to god and mean it. GOD I KNOW THAT IM A SINNER AND I WANT YOU TO COME INTO MY HEART AND FORGIVE ME OF EVERYTHING IVE DONE. PLEASE SEND YOUR SON INTO MY HEART FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. IN JESUS NAME AMEN. If you do this you will go to heaven no matter what else you do. so do it now and have a great rest of your life. And don't forget. Got to church. A christian church. Im a christian so you can believe me. So is my friend and we say if you don't repent we will remember you and watch you go to hell. sorry but it is true. GET SAVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And be happy..

Your punishment will come from God when you die. That is when you will get what you deserve. Just because you aren't punished now doesn't mean anything. You are just trying his patience and he has infinite patience. But one day, you will die, and there will be no hiding, no escaping, no talking your way out. His judgement is right and fair and he will judge all people. You do what you do because you are a child of your father, the devil. I wish I could say, "turn from your ways", but I wouldn't mean it. Guys like you, I hope you do continue to live like you do (though it's wrong of me) because I do wish for you to receive full judgement, full wrath, and your fair share of a great deal of suffering and pain in hell. I know it's wrong of me, I'll pray for forgiveness, but you, you are screwed. I hope you are the kind of though guy that will think you will always get away with it. I really do.

I don't want to be there on judgement day when you get your just rewards.
And remember for each person you wrong you have to pass them on the way back down the ladder of life...be careful they can be worse on you than you ever think.
I wouldn't be so proud of being so bad, what goes around comes around and usually double fold.

The most simple thing that tells u that there is god is that when ur in trouble or ill and no one can help u, u find ur self saying oh my god help me, so if there is a god that means that there is rewards and punishments. and don't u think that all luck u have in ur life is from ur self only, god gives u all that, not because he likes u but its a test to see if u will be thankful or not, like the most miserable guy on earth, god has taken all things from him not because he hates him but its also a test. the final results of all these tests will appear in that final day. so don't trust ur self that much.

Maybe the jury is not in yet. And......that the ultimate goodness within is merely gone underground. Everybody is on thier own path. If you stop to criticize others you will only hurt yourself. Do you really need to massage your ego by putting others down.

You treat people kindly,you have took up a good responsibility of life and your actions so that's what Allah says but if you start worshiping him and start believing that Allah is one and Hazrat Muhammad P.B.U.H is his last messenger so you will be successful in both lives.

who told you God punishes non believers? :)... well He will "judge" you after your death... and that thing with lucky stuff.... satan makes you to think God doesn't exist... or maybe you just don't believe but your actions are not evil or are not makeing someone to suffer, but you should thnak God for the life you have and the world He made for you (is not you that made the univers and the world to live in it)
