As we are poor, we can not give better treatment to our father. Our father is a patient of heart disease. He needs bypass operation. We have finished our all mony for his treatment. Our relatives also helped us. But now nobody can help us properly. To his better treatment we want to do his operation as he deserves 5 blocks in the heart. Please advice me how will I approach to the rich muslim for some Jakat Money.

You should go to a masjidd. Or if he can wait 3 months to the end of Ramadan then it would be eiser to get Zakat then.

I am sorry to hear this. I suggest contacting your local mosque (masjid).. Speak with the Imam or the President of mosque. They will help you raise funds during Friday prayer. I know a family that raised over $100,000 because the daughter needed a heart transplant.. They also had a website promoting to help raise funds. They made announcements at different mosques. They did all they could and left the rest to Allah. They had trust in Allah and were patient.
