Starvation diets have the opposite effect of what people think. Don't do it. There is no difference between "stomach fat" "bicep fat" "things fat" or any other fat, fat is fat. Since there is no difference, it's impossible to target a specific region for fat loss (but it's a great way to make money by selling clueless people stuff that doesn't work..) Keep doing what you are doing and eventually you will lose that stomach fat. It's just fat around belly area is the first place where fat is stored, and so it's the last place from where it will come off (ie. there is no one with a slim figure and fat arms/legs, but there are people with ahuge belly and normal arms/legs)

grab one of your friends and have them start running with you in the mornings and in the evenings. and make sure to eat right... no more pizza, lasanga, or anything with alot of fat in it. you will see a big difference in 6 weeks.
if you really want to push it and you require something even tougher (or none of your friends want to help you) then take karate lessons. i was 205 pounds when i was 13 years old. alot! then my dad took me to karate classes... after 6 weeks i lost about 20 pounds. but it was intense training and i was sweating like crazy. try it and good luck.

to lose weight and get nice and beautiful body, at least you must doing excercise 20 minutes a day, you must focus on what part of your body that you want to trim, do the exercise that focus on that part only than see the result, make sure you do the exersice regularly and do not stop till you see the result, i already did it and i now feeling happy and satisfied with my body

push-ups,bench press,crunches,squats,leg press, and don't forget lots of cardio. it helps melt fat off of the muscle u build
