We always say either Gesundheit or God bless you.
A lot of German immigrants settled around here in the Midwest.

Is there another way?
I usually say bless you or God bless you. If it's a really big sneeze, I say Oh my goodness, bless you twice! Do you need a tissue?

Most people ignore it entirely! But, most commonly used is "Bless you", followed by "God bless you" or "Gesundheit". I like "Salud" personally (means "health" in Spanish). And I worked with a first grade teacher, who would, even out in public far away from her students, consistently say, "God bless you, do you need a tissue?" - to ADULTS!
