You're free to do what you want now.
Always were.
Always will be.

You can be bad or good.
Christian or Buddhist.
Shucks, nowadays, you can be male or female.

Just, whatever you do have reactions, consequences.

Now, as for heaven, by my understanding, heaven is the ultimate spiritual evolution. Seems to me, that means we will be beyond personal wants and gimmes.
So, maybe consequence won't matter because we simply won't want in a way that would cause consequences.
As for worshiping God even in Heaven, it is His Kingdom now, isn't it?!

Worship is and shall be the order of the day. The bible tells us that we must worship GOD in spirit and in truth, If you study the prophetic books in the bible such as Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Isaiah, and etc, you will see many prophetic illustrations where GOD revealed things about heaven to these great men of GOD. Worship was always taking place in heaven. We must also remember that ourlife styles on this earth should also be one of worship to GOD. For that reason alone we were created. GOD takes great pleasure in us as our Father, and we should give him the due glory and honor through worship. In heaven we will not be free to do what we want. The bible says we will have glorified bodies. Meaning we will not be able to sin or have any other desires but that, that our LORD gives to us. Worship is actually wonderful. GOD reveals soo much through true worship but sometimes we are too selfish to actually receive what GOD haves for us, because we don't want to worship him.

The two are not mutually exclusive. Some people are under the delusion that free will is simply the choice to believe in God or not, but free will consists of being able to do whatever we want and still love God. Indeed, our will is so free and the possibilities so limitless that we could choose to turn away from God, if we had such a suicidial wish.

did you know the original word for worship means to work? so when we do our work here on earth, we should do it in an attitude of worship? like "this is for you, God!" so, i believe it will be very much like that in heave. we can do whatever we want, but we will do it for him, as worship.
