hey i'm going to tell you this first off. don't EVER call it a diet or you'll just fail. You need to get it in your head that it's a lifestyle change..you need to change the way you eat and exercise for life. make it a daily habit like brushing your teeth. I went on a great website that got me started its wonderful. I made my lifestyle different in january of this year and i've lost 48 pounds so far! go on this website..check it out it will help you i swear! it did for me!

remember don't go on a crash diet or any other known diet..if you do, once you get off the diet you'll gain your weight back, thats why you need to change the way you eat and start exercising!!!

also what I do, i eat great during the week, then on saturdays i eat anything i want whenever i want! it helps raise your metabolism too so you'll lose even more :)

i'll just say that, along with the other fine commen -- tater, I don't believe in diets. But I would go one step beyond the idea of a change in life style.

Why not deal with the anxiety which is the cause of the problem? It may not be easy but you can do it. Also, do follow some of the excellent advice that people have written. Choose what works for you. yours rkl

First place is adequate sleep and lots of water. Drink 8 ounces for each waking hour each day.

Then try walking an hour a day,

Then look at cutting your meals in half and substituting low fat versions of the foods you eat. Also get high fiber sources, like whole grain bread, into your daily routine.

You should be rid of your excess weight in no time!

Eat moderately. Eat in small amounts (a couple of bites to taste food) and then try to abstain for the next few hours. Give your stomach time to digest food and eat only when you are hungry. Also, walking for 30mins to an hour everyday is a good exercise for your heart and soul! Avoid junk foods if you can (schedule it for like, once a week only to satisfy your cravings!)

One meal an afternoon is not any means close well sufficient, she demands to grasp that if she does not have a healthful vitamin, she is at danger of postabsorbative state (fasting) that's horrible at the frame. The pinky color would be blood and she or he will have to get it looked at by way of a health care provider. Hope she will get larger!

grab one of your friends and have them start running with you in the mornings and in the evenings. and make sure to eat right... no more pizza, lasanga, or anything with alot of fat in it. you will see a big difference in 6 weeks.

if you really want to push it and you require something even tougher (or none of your friends want to help you) then take karate lessons. i was 205 pounds when i was 13 years old. alot! then my dad took me to karate classes... after 6 weeks i lost about 20 pounds. but it was intense training and i was sweating like crazy. try it and good luck.
