hey im in high school and i really want a bf but im a little bit shy.
a lot ppl tell me im pretty and stuff but no guys like me ;(
i also go to an all girls school, could that be the problem?
any advice would be helpful

well any guy would be lucky to go out with a girl if she is pretty , but maybe your shyness is driving them away.. me personally i like girls who are shy, they are very sweet.

to get a boy friend is not a tough thing.your a teenage girl i thing my dear.you know to girls it's not a tough thing to get a boy friend but for a guys it's tough to get a girl friend.any how you need to move socially with every body leave the shy.
if you like a any particular guy make sure he is a good and honest person.not a womaniser or he have other all kind of bad habits.be careful about sexual matters make sure he is not going to use for sex only.make sure with particular guy you can maintain a long relationship with out any trouble and he is suit to you in all matters.
you also can get advise from your mom no need to mention about boy friend just you tell fell shy to speak with your friends.in age,behaviour every way you make sure he suit to you.
to going a all girls school is nota problem or related to this matter

if u r believe in long term relation then think twice before choosing bf if not then go ahead but be alert bcause every boys are interested in sex only otherwise they feel u r very boaring so choice is urs. dont show everybody that u need a bf if u have good gf also then y u want bf

I don't think that being shy would help you get a bf. In order to have one, you should be able to communicate to other people especially the guys. They always want good conversationalists so better work your personality.

yes the all girls school doesnt help issues, your mom probabally wants it that way too. you dont need a boyfriend as such but you do need to start socializing. can you join an outside of school club? even the explorer scouts? harmless but now coed.i wish you luck but i also want you to stay safe.

dont get impatient.. he might be there waiting for you too...
trick is, to get notice you have to get out there and make friends, shyness is but natural, and you've got to get over it soon. nothing but a hurdle to surpass.
having a bf just for fun means nothing... you can have guyz as you're friend... but going to a relationship, the feeling and longing, the wanting and needing, the LOVE should be there... see, one day he'd arrive and you'd get the biggest surprise when he comes and look back at this and have a blast over it.
be patient, he might just be looking at you right now.. just be yourself and act as wish you want... someone's out there trying to find you too... SMILE and Good Luck...

most of us guys like shy girls...
i would suggest dont approach a guy.. be as cool as possible...
some might suggest flaunt a bit... expose ur boobs a bit wear hyper minis and stuff... BUT TRUST ME dont !!! be normal and calm... slow and steady wins the race...

just hang out with the guys more, all girls school, means that during the day you can't hang with the guys, but that just means you have to have that fun after school and on weekends.! I go to an all boys school and that's how i deal with it
