any hotel provide hotel management course for their worker which not singaporean in singapore.?

i have a diploma in accounting.i had two years working experience in a restaurant in singapore before.but now i working as a clerk. i wish to study hotel management but i got no money,so may i know is there any hotel provide course for their worker which i'm a malaysian.or is there any cheaper course i can take as part time while i working in singapore?
