you can save microwaveable popcorn and it will taste fine. When you reheat it just put in a paperbag like the ones you would pack a lunch in and it tast like you just popped it.

I hope this ain't besides the point, but did you hear that microwavable popcorn has a chemical in the bag that could cause cancer? It was on the news...
To answer your question, and to help avoid the popcorn bag lining chemical, take the desired amount of popcorn and place in a paper lunch bag and then microwave. It will save you money and maybe even your health. The second link has a recipe for it.

It will be OK again. Get some popcorn oil and some cheese for popcorn and sprinkle it on before warming it up again. Good as new!

I think cold popcorn tastes fine. It's less crunchy, and of course it's cold.

if you eat it the next day, it should be alright. but if you wait too long, it will get stale and nasty
