You didn't state if you are under a doctor's medical care, but from the clearness of your message, you are keeping yourself busy, which is a great sign that you try very hard to put yourself into a good state of mind.
I fight depression and sometimes just have to go to bed, with much prayer hoping that the next day will be better. Do not hesitate to call your doctor, and request a special consult, in case something has taken place, or changed that set this episode off.

Make a list of all your friends and family. Go through the list and think of one memory that you have with that person that will make you smile. Take the time to write down how you feel too. Sometimes just getting those emotions out can help you feel better. If you feel anxious/nervous also, try doing some exercise....let out the pent up tension, it seriously helps.

Try to understand the gist of the stories.
One day a man ask to the god, " god why i have so many probles n why i suffer so.
God replies : Child do one thing , put all your troubles in to a basket ,n tomarrow come n meet me
Man: man do the same thing, He puts his all troubles into the basket n he go to same place where god called him,
there he saw that there are so many people who come n they are also puting there problems into the baskets
God said to all people there:- put all your basket in to wall near to you, all the people do the same thing.
Then the man saw that there basket is so small , there are so many people who have a very huge basket.
God told that :- dear you are not only the sigle person who have a problem there are so many people who have lots of problem,

If you are religious you can say a prayer.. or you can think of all the good things in your life.. butterflies, trees, birds, puppies and kitties... rainbows... and anything that is good... I know it is important to seek a doctors help if you continue to have depression.. it could be a chemical imbalance... and simple medication could help.. good luck... :)

First of all, if you've been depressed all of your life, why haven't you sought help by now? If something set it off, try to work it out, if you can't do it alone, call a hotline for depression help. I myself would seek help, its not stupid to ask for help, it's smart!
