And you reproach your neighbour to be a foreigner!? What is wrong with you ?

I confess this is only a translation of a question from a French citizen to French people, some of them as you know being very racist.

By reading so many racist words on US Yahoo, I thought this question may be done also to American people and every country where racism is dangerously increasing.

“Why do you assume that because I promote legal immigration I dislike foreigners?”

Where the hell did you read this assertion from me ? I never wrote that !

By living in France I know the issues of immigration, should it be legal or illegal. I just talk about racism.

“They automatically assumed the question was about migration rather than tolerance.”

Thank you to translate my meaning. Not always easy to do as I speak bad english.

I fully agree with you !! And sorry for the tea :)

God... It's funny how misinformed and ignorant these people are, well, a lot of them. They automatically assumed the question was about migration rather than tolerance. People refuse to accept the facts and automatically assume that everything is started in America. As far as these people are concerned, paper, fireworks, electronics and numbers all originated in the US. They fail to understand that they are part of a global society, and America in itself is a planet on its own. In fact, America is the continent, not the country, which is the The United States of America, meaning that the country is part of America as a whole, and not the whole continent, like in Australia. I don't see the British calling the UK Europe.

Nothing is wrong with me and your point is? Not really sure what you are trying to say here. If this is about the illegals... note the word "ILLEGAL" then I have a problem. However, I have no problem with my neighbor who is here in this country legally. I have no problem with the immigrant who wishes to become an American citizen through study and learning and not just by people signing a bill that says "and now you are a CITIZEN". That makes being a citizen worthless.

I feel that the best part of being a US citizen is that we do have contributions from all around the world. IT is what has made this country what it is today. However, the influx of illegals, the large majority of which come from Mexico, are poor, illiterate peasants. They are seeking to get more, but many are not interested in getting a higher education (higher than 6th grade), learning English, or assimilating into the US culture.

Your list could also be used to explain how America embraces such a diverse group of cultures as they LEGALLY assimilate/blend into the loveable mutt that is an American.
My query, how could one strain to contort that into a negative was answered in your description of yourself. First and foremost…You and I, ARE of the same race! That being said, your logic proves once again beyond a shadow of a doubt you were sired by cowardly collaborators that received the low end of the gene pool! Your ridiculous self perceived elitism is I believe an inbred genetic flaw all to common in your home country, which is as I type passing the most racist immigration laws of the 21st- century.
As if your countries institutionalized ghettos were not enough proof of that! I cannot speak for the others but I personally refuse to be preached to by one that raises their children on rotten moldy cheese, rancid wine and slugs. Since you do not have a firm grip on either American English or French may I suggest you start by learning the difference between race and nationality?

Those items are either A) shipped here LEGALLY, and go through customs/tariffs (if apply) and then are sold here LEGALLY, or B) Adopted to our culture LEGALLY. That is all we ask of foreigners, DO IT LEGALLY, then we have no problems.

PS I want to take a second to note some of the problems with your statement here...Pizza...at least the way Americans enjoy it, is American, tomatoes are a "new world" product. My coffee is from other places (including but not limited to Brazil). My Wine is usually Californian, but sometime Australian, I won't drink anything French. In the holidays section, you forgot 4 of July and Thanksgiving, both American only. My tee like my coffee come from all over, my Watch is Japanese, and my MP3 player I think was manufactured in Mexico. My point is this. America is very diverse in culture, as a nation we have no problems with any culture, in fact we are probably one of the most "tolerant" of nations when it comes to diversification. The problem here isn't where it comes from, it is how it comes here. Just like we look down on Black Market and Gray Market goods, we look down on Illegal Immigration.

Sorry, but the first walkman invented was by Sony & it came from Japan :) Hence, the Sony Walkman. As a matter of fact, they have copy right & trade mark rights to the name- Walkman.

These are some good thought provoking statements, however, the illegal immigration issue of the US is a much more larger & complicated issue than it seems @ face value.

One of the big things that are taken for granted is the arrogant belief that all who want to live here have the right to or should be able to. That simply isn't true. Just because you want to be some where doesn't mean that you have the right to be. You have to earn it.

2nd, the majority of the illegal's that come into my country have NO respect for it. If they want to live here so badly, then why do they treat it so badly? In order to get respect, you must first earn it. You can't tell me that you honestly respect my country & really want to be a honest, legitimate contributing member of its society if you come in to my country, break its laws, disrespect its land, ppl & properties (IE: graffiti, trash thrown on the ground, junk heap cars allowed to pollute, theft) hurt its ppl, steal from its children & expect me to have open arms to receive even more of your kind.

asmul8ed, you hit the nail on the head. Ty so much for stating what you just did :)

Why do you assume that because I promote legal immigration I dislike foreigners? My husband is a foreigner. I'm a foreigner. I'm an American living in China. I've been a foreigner living in other countries as well. My husband is an African living in China. We both live here legally, and if the Chinese wanted us out tomorrow, I might be disgusted and curse them, but I would go because it is the law of this land and if I choose to live here, I have to follow the laws.

I agree there are a lot of racist people on this forum, on both sides of the fence, but don't paint us all with the same brush. Listen to our arguments. If you don't, you are the one who is being prejudice. Prejudice is to prejudge someone, to judge them before you know what they are about. I don't think you know what I'm about.

A very in poor health mama puppy is an highly annoying main issue. And I have an understanding of your anger at one of the crucial solutions that you just bought. It is common so that you can wish to vent again to those people a few of your anger and frustration. So, attempt to stay calm and preserve your consciousness for your puppy & puppies. Don't permit this cloud your actual target - a healthful puppy. And sure, I could love to understand this results. Kudos to you on your rapid movement in taking care of 7 puppies! It is not convenient! I desire that extra humans could become aware of that there are occasions that stump even the first-rate of vets. While the calicum problem is probably the most typical with those signs, it isn't the one intent. And your willpower to this puppy and her puppies may be very, very admirable. So, you realize that you're responding to this drawback within the first-rate process feasible. You are doing all you'll do in an highly problematic main issue. Let God type out the relaxation. They are all brought into this country LEGALLY and the diverse culture we have here is made up of mostly LEGAL CITIZENS from all those countries and MORE!! We even love burritos and tacos, that's irrelevant!!

It's against the law for people to enter the USA without documentation and SCREENING!!

Is it the word IL-legal that's so hard to comprehend or is it the word 'law'!?? Huh!??

We have no problem with IMMIGRANTS it's the ILLEGAL ones we have a problem with,!! OKAY!! Got it now??

We pay for the education of poor people and for their services. Their taxes are very low and do not cover anything like their own costs. 12 to 20 million, concentrated in specific localities, is devastating to the education and other services in those localities.

Look at Los Angeles, and its education, and the number of hospitials that have closed.

It is insulting to try to make this about intolerance of a culture when it is about theft and scarce resources WE pay for.
