We can make it true, though thats not the right procedure
If we take 1 = 8
Then we will have to make some calculations
Say A = B ( we have assumed it)
Now if 1 = 8 then we can multiply (A - B) to both part of = sign
Say
(A - B) x 1 = (A - B) x 8
which is 1(A - B) = 8(A -B)
Now as we have stated earlier A = B, means A - B = 0
Now we put value of A - B to above equation
means 0 x 1 = 0 x 8
Means 0 = 0
That means 1 = 8
So there you are.

Its all about perspective. if you think 1=8 and there is nobody around to tell you that you're wrong then you are right. but if you have anbody elses perspective, well thats no longer the case.
So if you want to continue thinking that I would suggest not telling anyone. keep that truth to yourself and you can continue thinking whatever you want. by the way there is a little orange ball that floats over your head and follows you everywhere you go! dont let anyone tell you otherwise!
