they reach their full size at about 6 months old, they not very large birds at all, they are a little bigger than a love bird, with a much longet tail

Green cheeks are rather small as parrots go. They're slimmer than cockatiels, but are roughly the same length. They are about 10 and 12 inches long. Most birds are closer to 10 inches.
