i won't answer your question exactly because i believe it's not WHERE but HOW. Just be yourself. Events and circumstances will bring you persons. If you are being yourself through and through, a person who is also his/herself through and through will get attracted to you and you to her/him. A soulmate is a very beautiful name for your friend with whom you could bare yourself, not necessarily literally, but with whom you could tell all about you including the worst things in you and the worst thing you/ve done without having to be afraid of being rejected or dumped after.

Its only known by God dear.I dont believe that in this world anyone is out there who can tell u abt this.Dont ask this questions.A person never do love,he falls in love & when it will happen to u, u dont have to find out,your heart will automatically tell u & that' person is yr soulmate.
