Occasionally when I glance at an attractive woman, which Im sure most of the women answering this question are, I look into their eyes. Sometimes they look back & sometimes they dont. I would like to know if women look into your eyes for more than say 3 seconds, & the look is not one of disgust but one which seems rather warm; what is she thinking?

All women are not alike. Anyone answering this can only answer with regard to what it means when we look a male in the eye. Nobody knows for sure about the female you are speaking of except that female. The best way to know is to ask. You can say something really corny like "A penny for your thoughts" and let her decide if she wants to tell you.

This is a great question. I'm sitting here thinking how long it's been since I've done this. (I've been married 3 years and with my husband almost 4 years.) Back in my single, younger days, when I'd do this, it all depended. If the guy was cute, I'd usually think something like, "Hmm...he's cute. I wonder how he is in bed." Then there were other guys who just had an interesting look about them...interesting clothes, different hair style...very odd looking, but not in a bad way...just different. Looking at them, I'd think, "I wonder what's going on in his head right now."

Probably that you are attractive and wishes you would talk to her. Once you catch someones attention for 3 sec, break the ice by just saying "hi". She will either say hi back or just smile. The rest is up to you.

She may be looking at you because she finds you attractive.
OR
She may be worried that you are some kind of stalker, and she is trying to get a good look at you so she can describe you to the police sketch artist later.

No one can answer this but the girls you are looking at. We are the same sex, yes, but we are individuals and therefore do not think the same. She may be thinking you're hot, she may be thinking he has nice eyes, she may be thinking, shall I have tacos for dinner tonight??? The possiblities are endless.

When I do it, I'm thinking about the way he's smiling at me...trying to dissect what he's thinking about me...I'm just looking in his eyes to get clues about who this guy is - and wondering if he'll come over.
