we are held to a higher standard than non-believers... we have the truth... we need to follow it...period
But that doesn't mean they have to condemn us for our failures.
Remember this condeming nature when you analyse the actions of others...
To condemn is to be condemned... and do not judge lest ye be judged.

I don't expect anyone to be perfect. We all have ideals that we try to live up to. I am busy enough with my ideals that I do not have the time or energy to research other people's to see if they are living up to theirs. I do not call people hypocrites. I realize that you didn't say "all" non-Christians, but just because some non-Christians act this way does not mean that all of us do. Neither of us likes to be judged by the actions of a few from our religion that does not represent the majority.

I'm an atheist and I don't think that way. Although I know many people do, they've just never taken the time to get to know religion, know how it works, and then decide it's not right for them, that's what I did. Most people who don't believe in god or any religion have never given it a chance, therefore they are naive and like to split hairs when it comes to beliefs. I think the whole world would benefit from a little more understanding. Why doesn't everyone try out the things they don't understand, that way we all know where everyone else is coming from!!

Not too sure. A lot of people even call Jesus a hypocrite, and He is perfect. Although, a lot of us do deserve the title. I suppose we all do. Until we are made perfect, we will be life long hypocrites.

Why do you ask questions you do no longer decide for an answer to? the factor to the Bible and Christianity is which you would be able to no longer carry on with The Bible authentic. that's what makes a Christian a Christian. Being a sinner is a prerequisite to being a Christian. the situation with faith is that it says, "do good, get good. Do undesirable, get undesirable". Christianity says that God did each little thing for us. All we ought to continually do is have confidence and contact receive His eternal present of salvation. this is termed The Gospel of Grace. in case you experience undesirable, do no longer blame the Christians. you spot, Eve blamed the serpent whilst she did what God informed her to no longer do. Adam blamed Eve or maybe blamed God for his sin. and human beings have been blaming all and sundry else ever considering. once you get offended at Christians, this is termed self-condemnation. there is not any reason to experience that way. Jesus died so as which you never had to experience that way. He became our Sacrifice as quickly as and for all.

I think it's mostly an excuse not to go to Church and not to try to live right. I was talking to a co-worker the other day about Church and he said he didn't go because it was full of hypocrits. I told him that there are hypocrits everywhere, including Church, but I don't go for them, I go for me. He really didn't know what to say and changed the subject.

Because they tried to be perfect when they were Christians and they failed tremendously therefore they became hypocrites and wished that upon us and we have stood firm on our beliefs which shows them that they are weak minded.

I am not perfect. They say those things cause a Christian (who thinks they are perfect) had gotten to them and battered them around till they loathed us and stereo typed us all. He with out sin cast the first stone.

Because when you are at the front of the class, people will try to look for the worst of you to prove you wrong.
But its ok, they can call you all the names in the book, but they cant take away your faith. What can mortal man do to you?
