im about to go back to good ol' college in 2 weeks and i would like to lose my SUMMER fat that i have gained...i have been out of town most of summer and i want to come back looking better than when they remembered me! CAN I EVEN LOSE 15 LBS. IN 2 WEEKS?? and if so AM I JUST GOING TO BE RUINING MY BODY AND THEN GAINING IT ALL BACKKK??? HELP!!!!!! please anything and everything is appreciated!!

Please ignore the product shill above. He/she/it posts on everything questions regarding weight loss, gaining height, what have you.

It would be tough to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks and is not good for you either. You can, however, lose at least half of it in a healthy way (because the first several pounds are water weight). Just stick with lots of raw fruits and veggies, some whole grains, lean protein and exercise. It will come off quite quickly. My friend Cathy swears by Slimfast and salads (with grilled chicken or fish) when she needs a "quick fix".

I remember watching VH1 and it talked about losing weight pretty quickly by going and getting your colon cleaned. Do you like running at all? Why don't you go out and buy one of those plastic hoodies to run in. Wearing one of those will make you sweat a lot and lose weight. I remember friends of mine who would have to make weight for wrestling and they would go out and run with these things on. You can buy one at a sports merchandise store.

haha i was like 160 at the start of the summer, got my tonsils out and lost 20 pounds in one week, and put 10 back on.

so i did it by not eating anything for 2 weeks.

so

looks pretty grim for you.
