Bake 6 chicken breasts sprinkled with salt and pepper all in a stick of melted butter at 360 for an hour or so. While that is baking, do some housework, watch tv., do some yard work, or whatever.
After that, you can go in a variety of directions. Bag up the chicken in a large zip lock bag, and you're good to go.
take one breast out and slice thin. saute in a pan with garlic, onions, green peppers, and serve on top of rice.
one breast cut up into chunks. saute in a pan with garlic, onions, green peppers, and serve inside a tortilla with grated cheese.
one breast cut up into pieces. add to crock pot of water. add veggies. let cook a few hours till the veggies are done. taste it. season it. serve it.

The easiest way is to keep rice(carbohydrate), some beans(protien) and some vegetables pieces (minerals and vitamins) with very little salt and turmoric powder in a rice cooker and boil. It is of course healthy but taste depends on you. I love this food.
