A girl told me once that all we do is dinner and movie, what else is there to do if she can't do anything that I want to do like pool or bowling.

Tell her that she should take YOU out on a date sometime. See what you do then. Do stuff that relates to what she's interested in. If she does art, take her to a museum or gallery. Pack a picnic basket and just go out for a walk and then find somewhere nice to sit and have a picnic. Go out rollerblading, whatever.
Just remember that the date is about communicating with her. Dinner and a Movie is old because you're probably just filling your faces, not really talking during dinner, then you go to the movie where you don't talk at all either. Just cause you're in close proximity doesn't make it a date. Its really about interacting and communicating with her.

What does SHE like to do? Find out and do that. Or try somewhere really original for dinner like a river cruise, or a picnic under the stars.

maybe take her dancing? or just set up a room in your house (or backyard) with a stereo and dance with her? idk, i like dancing.
i can't really think of anything else, if she doesn't like bowling or pool (which is weird)...
