One of my rudder pedals are a bit worn were the brake link attaches to, and I need to know what the limit is on the size of the worn out hole so that they can be rebushed to be servisable and airworthy?
Thanks

Cessna rudder pedal brackets are a common wear item and are pretty flimsy. I would not re-bush one. The edge distance is already minimal. They can be a little labor intensive to change out due to thier location but its definately something one should not ignore.

You probably won’t find a service limit on that particular part. I would point it out to your mechanic at your next annual. All a mechanic is going check is whether it is going to break and cause a problem. If not, it is airworthy being as there are no published limits. As for refurbishing the part, not likely. Your better off getting a used one and having the mechanic install it.

you are going to need to get it replaced sometime, you may as well do it now for safety. It should not be much, 150 parts are plentiful and cheap. The controls of the 150 are usually used in experimentals since they are so easy to come by.

First, in any doubt or question, refer ONLY to the maintenance manual specified to this type of A/C and/or seek professional advice from aircraft's customer's support in your area
AVOID all "weekend expert" advices , they could cost too much.

You might have better luck asking your local A&P mechanic. It doesn't sound at all like you will be allowed to do the work yourself.

Why don't you ask Cessna directly...
