A lite beer. It only has 2.5 carbs. it helps me sleep.

make sure you go to the bathroom before you go to bed...otherwise you might have and accident

If it is bad during the day, it is worst during bed. Your metabolism will store it as fat at night more than it will during the day.... this goes for pretty much anything that goes down a pipehole, plus you might wake up to pee or worst, pee your Teddy Ruxpin!. Will it make a person sleep better? Maybe but you will feel dehydrated in the morning... so if you need to have a beer right before going to zzzzz then I suggest chasing it down with a glass of water and some multi vitamin. Cheers :)

i dont know about beer but studies show a glass or 2 of wine every day helps the heart

I wouldn't use the beer as a sleep aid so you don't become dependant on it, but as far as weight, I wouldn't worry about it

it ain't "good" but the lite beer is better than regular.
