I don't know why these men, or anybody else, would ever rape a child. I think the only way to stop these monsters is to pull out a chopping block and a cleaver and make an example out of a few of them. They can't do much without their penises, can they?

Because they have either been hypnotized by sick alien life forms, or are rapists at heart, though if they had one, maybe they wouldn't have done that. Also, the best punishment is to slowly slice them open, cutting their legs and arms, and torturing them...they deserve it. Dreadfully deserve it.

slow cutting of the scrotum with out use of any anesthetic drug and with a dull unsterile knife (maybe one just used to cut raw chicken) then after the removal of the scrotum, splash with rubbing alcohol or lemon juice. then to be humane, heat a flat object until it is fiery red and apply to the cut region to stop the bleeding (make sure the person is conscience during all of this).
then take him to a tattoo parlor and have the words "child molester" tattooed to his forehead. (he can be unconscious for this procedure)
then let the authorities take care of him.
