Coffee/caffeine will dehydrate a person, so drink plenty of water or sports drinks to counter act the effects.
Also if you start drinking it at a young age it will stunt your growth. That is what I was always told anyway. And since my mother and father, brother and sister are over 5ft and I am only 4'11", well I tend to believe this ole wife's tale. But I still drink coffee - yum.

Coffee seems to inhibit or prevent Parkinson's disease, statistically. However, it may increase the chances of getting Arthritis. I love coffee myself. Maybe the slight jitteriness caused by coffee is related to the Parkinson's effect. What do I know. I just obviously drink too much of the stuff.

absolutely everyone can drink breast milk, it is not risky. i think of this is greater a ethical situation. Breast milk is for babies, no longer grown ups...eww. And, specific, a female can produce milk with out being pregnant by taking the hormones that reason women to lactate. that's what "moist nurses" used to do. A moist nurse could artwork interior the well-being middle nursery and nurse babies. this custom isn't accomplished anymore in progressed countries. additionally, contained while it comes to an adoptive mom who's merely accompanied a new child, she will take a mixture of hormones which will reason her to initiate lactating, so she will nurse her toddler. desire this facilitates.
