How does a person figure out how much to sell their salon for?

This salon is located in Sacramento, Ca. There are 6 hydraulic chairs, 5 dryers, 3 shampoo bowls, 3 shampoo chairs, a washer and dryer. Currently, 5 chairs are occupied by stylists.

I t depends on how much furniture and stuff you leave behind. You could try and call an appraiser to help you determine the value. If need be tell them you are looking to refinance and need to know how much your salon is worth.
