Try to get to bed and wake up about the same time every day. Have a task that needs to be done in the morning, say before 9 or 10am. Dishes, laundry, even a morning walk/jog around the neighborhood, whatever. I was a horrible night owl before, but getting a job and needing to keep that job helps me get my butt out of bed in the morning, lol. I'd suggest taking a shower or at least washing your face with cool water in the morning. It's always refreshing, and believe it or not, it's something to look forward to.
Something else you could try is getting a cat or dog. Get a cat and feed it at 8am or whenever every morning for a month. Pretty soon the cat will be your alarm clock. Or with a dog, make a morning walk your routine. Most dogs won't let you slack off on a walk.
Also, once you finally get yourself into a new sleep pattern, try not to stay up late or sleep in. It'll mess with your circadian rhythms.
Good luck. It'll be a bit challenging at first, but you can turn yourself into a quasi morning person if you keep at it long enough. I did.

Go to bed earlier, so you can get up early. Take a shower and drink some coffee. Do a few things around the house in the morning to get yourself going: the dishes, the laundry, pick up the living room from the night before, what ever pushes you to get going. Then once you get out the door, your wide awake!

This seems to be a symptom rather than a problem itself. In the sense, there has to be some other problem, which is associated with this like to get up late syndrom. Why dont you first analyse and cure that problem fully ? Is it that you dont have sufficient work after getting up ? whats that bothering you ? Some past bad experience of getting early (no way, this can be, still i am saying).
Get up by about 6 am. you will stay fit and cheerful whole day. Try this one or two days, then you will realise the importance of getting up early.
Cheers

I had to learn not to hit the snooze button. If I do, I could hit it fifty times before I really get out of bed. I also make myself get right into the shower. That seems to help. At least I'm moving.

well, you could always sleep earlier. make sure ur comfortable, and that ur sleeping at 90 minute incrimates, like, at 6 hours or 7 and a half hours, the body naturally aligns with that sort of time for some reason.

Automatic coffee maker and 2 cups of good strong coffee! Top it off with a shower and you're good to go! Also, keep your attitude positive, it will make all the difference!

Lay your clothes and stuff out the night before. Have your coffee maker ready to brew so all you have to do in the morning is switch it on.
