You got a whole lotta love. I also got Halo 1 to play so I don't do any "attempts" to myself.

it sounds like you need a sense of purpose... something to do with your time. you are probably overthinking things too much. you didn't say how old you are, what your current living circumstances are, etc., but yes, many people go through what you're going through. the way to change it is to just get up and move... do something, anything, to bring some life back into your life and try to stop analyzing everything. let go of the controlling part of you that is afraid to make decisions - the sooner you make some decisions, the sooner you'll find out which are good, and which aren't. expect mistakes. you're human. enjoy life. there are no rules.

Take it one moment at a time. I know it sounds trite, but when you live for a fantasy future, it can never live up to the expectations when it arrives. What can you do right now that will make you feel better? Not what you thought you'd be doing. Not what you want to plan to do tomorrow or next year. RIGHT NOW! Summer is not over unless you let it be. Take control of your life one present moment at a time. After a time, you'll be able to think clearly enough to start to make a plan for a better future.

Well looks like ur suffering from a depression. Thats not good. I was there. And getting close to god and hanging out with friends is how i stopped from being so depressed and not having anything to look forward to all the time. So try it. If you can try not to be bored alot and that will help also!

Are you just sitting around waiting for something to happen? Are you expecting someone else to entertain you or tell you what to do? Try to figure out why you didn't carry out your plans for the summer. And then, between now and the end of summer, plan to do one thing and then do it. Make one plan, or set a goal, and then focus on what you need to do to accomplish your goal, and then do it. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

Move south. You may have Seasonal Affective Disorder, and require more sunlight than you are getting in your current location.
Pick a spot on the map that is warm and sunny in December, and use the rest of your summer to save up some money to move there in the fall.

You still have 3 weeks before school starts...forget about what you didn't do and make those 3 weeks count. Plus depending on where you live it'll still be warm for about 10 more weeks you still have time to enjoy yourself. If you keep thinking about the negatives you won't enjoy the postives. Go on and get out there.

Difficult situation, as you may say!
However, it seems that you are not aware what you want to do and feels directionless.
Try to put things on paper, ie what you like to do, in preferance. I am sure you will find a number of things which you want to do but had never thought of it seriously before.
Give it a try! I hope it will keep you busy and help you to overcome these feelings!

A) You're overreacting, your life can't be that bad; I mean, you're not some starving child being forced to work 12 hours a day "aging" Old Navy jeans, are you? B) You're not listening to anywhere near enough Cream.
